About this opportunity:

Cenovus is seeking an Incident Investigation and Learning Analyst for our US refineries. This role is a leveraged support role to the sites. The primary accountability is to provide support in the execution of the Incident Management process across the 3 refineries.

What you’ll do:

- Management of US Downstream "Preliminary Incident Notification" entries and conversion into Intelex events

- Support the assignment of investigation leads within system

- Support the resolution of issues identified with the enabling tools (Intelex, KMS)

- Update Intelex entries as needed

- Support recordkeeping associated with Incident Investigations as needed

- Support the creation of Intelex actions associated with events unrelated to incidents (ie audits, HazOps, Insurance recommendations)

Who you are:

- Legally authorized to work in the US

- High School diploma or GED equivalent

- 4+ years of experience directly supporting Incident Management processes within a Cenovus operating site

- Working knowledge of Cenovus Incident Management enabling tools (Intelex, KMS)

- Working knowledge of Cenovus Incident Management processes and COIMS Element 8
