Weekend Lead Generation Opportunity – Lowe’s Stores (Part-Time, Seasonal)

Location: Multiple Lowe’s Stores (9 Total – Philadelphia area and nearby locations)

About the Opportunity

We are launching a In-Store Lead Generation Program at selected Lowe’s locations. This is a weekend-only opportunity designed for outgoing, motivated individuals who can engage customers, create awareness, and set high-quality appointments for home improvement consultations.

Store Group Schedule

Group A – 4 Stores:

- 1st & 3rd Weekends of each month

- Friday & Saturday (or Saturday & Sunday)

- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- 1 appointment per hour required

Group B – 5 Stores:

- 2nd & 4th Weekends of each month

- Friday & Saturday (or Saturday & Sunday)

- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- 1 appointment per hour required

Program Goals

- Focus on quality leads—customers genuinely interested in product demonstrations or installations

Compensation

- Hourly Rate: $18.0 to 20.00/hour

- $50 per qualified appointment demonstrated

- $100 bonus for each sale resulting from your appointment

Requirements

- Positive, energetic personality and professional appearance

- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers

- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned Lowe’s locations

- Must complete appointment lead forms accurately and consistently

- Available for weekend shifts (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

- Paid training provided
