Generators On Demand is seeking a highly energetic and detail-oriented Generator Installation Lead to oversee and execute the preparation and installation of residential generators. This role requires a mix of administrative preparation and hands-on work. Having a strong focus on customer care and communication is essential.

- Manage the life cycle of generator installations - initial preparation to completed installation

- Pull necessary permits in local municipalities prior to installation and partner with electrical/plumbing inspectors

- Proactive communication with homeowners prior to and on installation day

- Inventory management with generators and any materials for jobs

- Update work orders and customer notes in field edge system

- Manage subcontractors (Electrical and Plumbing) including escalation when issues arise

- Conduct installation of generator and support subcontractors, run startup of generator, responsible for final check after job completion, and train customer on operation/ownership/warranty information

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience with residential and/or commercial generator installations

- Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing trades with field experience

- Current or prior experience with utility permitting and inspections

- Strong customer service experience and communication skills

- Participating in emergency on call rotation for generator repairs

- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and local travel required
