In-person Online Listing Creator: Job Summary

This job is in person at our location in Auburn. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Although this may be your primary duty or function, you are expected to be cross-trained in other areas of the business and assist in those areas on an as-needed basis.

Online listing creation:

- Constructing online listings for incoming items, including but not limited to: Receivers, printers, monitors, POS units, sound systems, A/V equipment, home appliances, gaming systems, and peripheral devices

- Cleaning of items as needed for presentation

- Pairing devices with their accessories

- Record specified item information for our sales representatives and customers

- Taking and uploading photos of items

- Filling out specific item details

- Posting each listing online

Pay Scale:

This position is on a sliding pay scale; put simply you are in control of how much you earn. As you put in more effort, the company directly compensates you for that.

We expect you to earn $19.00 on average after your training period, as this is what current employees earn.

* Daily numbers are averaged over a biweekly pay period; pay does not shift day to day.

*There is a 2 week paid training period at minimum wage before you are put on the sliding scale.

Qualification requirements

- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

- Remain in a standing position for extended periods of time

- View a computer screen for extended periods of time

- Able to hear, see and talk

- Hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information

- Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

- Speaking abilities to frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas clearly.

- Repetitive motion movements using wrists, hands and /or fingers

- Must be able to climb a ladder

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to pull and/or push up to 1000 pounds using a pallet jack

- Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

- Be able to pass drug tests prior to being hired

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

- Past experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus, but not required

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

- Team player with initiative and excellent interpersonal skill

- Flexible, adaptable, creative and results-oriented

- High comfort level working with sensitive test equipment

- Organization

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays will be required during our event seasons. If you are required to work on a Saturday, you will be given an additional day off during the week so you still have 2 days off per week; and will be paid a stipend in addition to your hourly rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
