Identity and Access Management Leader

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Leader, located in Calgary, AB with some work-from-home flexibility. The IAM Leader will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM systems to enhance security and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing identity and access governance policies, managing user access requests, monitoring IAM systems, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The IAM Leader will also work closely with various departments to integrate IAM solutions and provide training and support as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience in Identity and Access Management, including designing and managing IAM systems

- Strong understanding of security standards and best practices

- Proficiency with user access governance and compliance

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
