About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, meticulous Senior Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and application of advanced hydraulic tensioners, directly impacting product innovation, customer satisfaction, and company growth. What You’ll Do:
•Spearhead innovative designs and development of cutting-edge hydraulic tensioners.
•Utilize advanced hydraulic simulation tools to achieve optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.
•Oversee comprehensive testing and validation processes to ensure design accuracy and product integrity.
•Customer Interaction and Sales:
•Act as a technical lead interfacing directly with clients to understand and exceed their expectations.
•Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales support.
•Lead pre-sales initiatives, including proposal writing and client negotiations.
•Provide exceptional technical guidance to internal teams and global customers.
•Expertly diagnose and resolve complex engineering and application issues.
•Efficiently manage multiple high-impact engineering projects simultaneously.
•Ensure project milestones are met with precision and budgets are maintained.
•Produce comprehensive and detailed technical documentation, design specifications, and operational manuals.
•Maintain meticulous records for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
•Lead cross-functional collaborations, ensuring cohesive teamwork with sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments.
•Facilitate robust communication to drive clarity and alignment across the organization.
•Champion quality standards and compliance, ensuring all product designs exceed rigorous safety and performance criteria.
•Identify strategic opportunities to elevate product innovation, enhance performance, and improve cost-effectiveness.
•Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to position us as an industry leader.
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating optimal solutions for materials and components.
•Provide expert-level onsite support, including installation oversight, commissioning, user training, and rapid troubleshooting.
What You Bring:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
•Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience specializing in hydraulic tensioner design and engineering applications.
•Extensive experience with advanced hydraulic design and simulation software.
•Demonstrated expertise in project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
•Superior communication skills, adept at interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
