Your Role

- Service, Repair, and Maintain HVAC Systems: This is not an install position. You’ll follow company standards to provide top-tier service on every job site.

- Deliver Five-Star Customer Service: Go beyond technical skills—connect with customers, educate them, and make every visit a positive experience.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with sales, installation managers, and fellow technicians to ensure seamless service.

- Take Pride in Your Work: Handle paperwork efficiently, ensure safety, and exceed customer expectations.

Service Titan experience is a bonus!

What You Bring

- HVAC Experience: 3-5 years in the field with proven skills

- License & Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license is a must

- Strong Communication: Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

- Adaptability: Skilled at troubleshooting and reacting to the unexpected
