What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work side-by-side with expert technicians to learn and master the skills needed to build a rewarding career in the trades. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured environments, cares about quality, and is ready to grow into a technical expert.

- Support HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and commercial clients

- Assist in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components

- Keep your workspace and truck clean and organized

- Communicate professionally with customers and team members

- Track your progress and contribute to job accuracy and timeliness

- Attend training, team meetings, and participate in continued learning

- Learn to present maintenance plans and financing options confidently

- Build technical and customer service skills through mentorship

What You Bring to the Team

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn

- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs., crawl, stoop, kneel, and work in varied environments

- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work

- Steady personality with a desire for mastery and technical knowledge
