DUTIES: Installation, removal and/or servicing of Load Control/Load Management devices on Central AC units and Water Heaters; other job-related tasks as needed.
- Must be able to work with handheld electronic devices; able to work outdoors and withstand regional seasonal weather.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work; and able to maintain consistent attendance on required workdays.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for HVAC installations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred.
- HVAC Service Techs with Central A/C and Heat Pump experience, preferably with a license but not required.
- Understanding of disconnects, breakers, and conductor sizing and must be familiar with all makes/models of AC units/heat pumps.
