HVAC Installer

We are looking for a new full-time HVAC installer. We are a family owned, family operated, and family oriented full service HVAC company that thrives on mutually beneficial relationships. Working Conditions:

- Average 40 hours per week, typically 8:00 am to 4:30 pm weekdays.

- Overtime / Weekend work as required (minimal).

- Will need to work outside, on rooftops, in crawlspaces, and in attics throughout the year.

- Some lifting and physical exertion is required.

- Brazing, soldering, and welding required.

- Work with sheet metal and other sharp objects.

Job Duties:

- Installation Technician performing HVAC/R installation work.

- Duct/fitting fabrication and assembly as required.

- Clean equipment / work areas.

- Start-up of new equipment and verify correct operation.

- Complete all paperwork required by management and record time and materials.

- Keep assigned vehicle stocked, organized, and clean.

- Perform / assist with maintenance work as needed.

- Perform / assist with service repair work as needed.

- Pick up parts from supply houses / office and deliver to the job site.

- Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements.

- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

- EPA Universally Certified / Can also be procured while working with the Company.

- Valid divers license.

- Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws / insurance carriers.

- Ability to lift 100 pounds.

- Standard technical / installation tools. Can also obtain tools through the Company.

- Neat, clean, professional appearance.

- NATE certification preferred but not necessary.

Performance Metrics:

- Following instructions and completing installs in a timely manner.

- Job site / work area neatness and cleanliness.

- Accuracy of paperwork and reporting.

- Truck maintenance, organization, and cleanliness.

- Company tool maintenance and condition.

- Following company dress code policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
