Journeyman HVAC Installer - Residential

Job Summary

Our fast growing company is seeking skilled and dedicated Lead HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential new construction, sheet metal fabrication, and experience with equipment installation. As a Job lead, you will be communicating with our job coordinators, contractors, and our Construction Manager. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service and that we adhere to time & materials budget.

Duties

- Complete rough ins, install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.

- Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, and ensure all job notes & photos are uploaded.

- Startup and troubleshoot furnaces, air handlers, and condensing units.

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with office team and homeowners.

- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment for you and your team.

Requirements

- Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service roles.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.

- Familiarity with refrigerant handling and related regulations.

- Proficiency with gas sizing chart, line & low voltage wiring, and brazing.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Leadership experience.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
