This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Information System Analyst located in Oakdale, NY. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR systems, managing human capital management systems, and overseeing employee benefits. The role includes tasks such as improving business processes related to human resources, ensuring data integrity, and generating reports to support decision-making. The HRIS Analyst will also collaborate with various departments to identify system improvements and implement best practices.
- Analytical Skills and ability to manage Business Processes
- Experience in Human Capital Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
- Knowledge of SA SuccessFactors is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
