Candidates should have a working knowledge of basic Human Resources duties. Job responsibilities include new hire onboarding, employee training, timesheet reviews, evaluation oversight, employee relations, and assisting with recruitment. The Coordinator will also be required to complete trainings in Mediation, Anger Management, and Restorative Practices. Candidates must be professional, organized, and team-oriented yet able to work independently. The Candidate will work closely with the agency Area Directors and report to the Executive Director. This position can work out of one of the following MCEC offices including Greenville, Kenansville, Rocky Mount with travel to nearby counties occasionally required.
