We are seeking a Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Coordinator/Manager to lead Predator Drilling’s HSSE programs. This is a unique role requiring a blend of field experience and program management skills. The successful candidate will support our drilling operations through field engagement while also driving safety initiatives at the company level.
- Manage and improve Predator Drilling’s HSSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain strong field presence through rig visits, safety coaching, and inspections.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Deliver orientations, training, and toolbox meetings to field personnel.
- Track, analyze, and report HSSE metrics to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, CAOEC regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Field drilling experience is mandatory.
- Occupational Health & Safety education and/or certifications (NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta OH&S legislation and oil & gas safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.
