The position holder will be required to support the implementation and sustainability of the HSSE Program for the US Projects and Operations,
with up to 50% travel to company locations
.
- Contractor
Safety
: Participate in the pre-qualification assessment and ongoing monitoring activities
- Training
: Develop HSSE related training materials for delivery to field personnel
- Coaching
: Provide coaching to new employees on company HSSE requirements
- Auditing
: Manage the annual audit program and participate/lead HSE audits
- Reporting
: Lead the collation of weekly and monthly HSSE reports
- Incident Management:
Support field sites in the completion of incident investigations
- Availability to travel up to 50% to company sites within the US (mainly in Texas)
- 10+ years’ experience with proven results in delivering HSSE Management System- Experience in industrial sites, preferable with construction safety experience
- Demonstrated experience in HSSE auditing, incident investigations and training is required.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable
- Formal qualification/training in a health, safety or environmental discipline
- Formal certification or ability to obtain certification within 2 years e.g. CSP, IIRSM
