HSE Specialist III

This is a seasonal position from December 2025 through April 2026

JOB SUMMARY

The HSE Specialist III is responsible for providing overall Safety and Health expertise to Exploration/Seismic team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Provide Safety and Health expertise to Exploration/Seismic team.

- Identify safety risks, issues, & mitigation strategies & communicate to HSE & field leadership.

- Ensures compliance with company policies, training, procedures, and regulations.

- Provide safety leadership to management and employees to achieve compliance with Alaska Safety Handbook, HSE, and federal/state regulatory requirements.

- Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.

- Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Prior experience working on the North Slope

Pay: From $10,388.00 per month
