We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring the smooth delivery of core HR processes. This position requires a solid understanding of human resources practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering with employees and leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening applicants, coordinating and participating in interviews, and issuing offers to selected candidates.
- Draft and implement employment agreements in compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Coordinate and deliver effective onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training and development records.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide guidance to staff regarding available options.
- Develop, update, and communicate the employee handbook to ensure clarity and consistency in workplace policies.
- Support and guide management in conducting formal workplace investigations.
- Prepare and implement averaging agreements for site employees following management approval.
- Conduct periodic site visits to communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and address any workplace concerns.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment standards and relevant legislation.
- Assess workforce competency requirements and design targeted interventions to build skills in line with evolving business needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Proven 2 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and data entry best practices.
- Proficiency in using HR software.
- Strong skills in talent acquisition and HR sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
