HR Project Manager

Opportunity Overview: Project Manager - Human Resources – 6 Month Contract

WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse is seeking a Project Manager - Human Resources. This is a contract position & US citizenship is required.

We are seeking an expert professional to lead HR related projects within the HR and compliance domains.

What your day-to-day looks like:

- Lead assigned cross-functional HR projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope

- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to HR leadership and stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project outcomes

- Analyze positions within scope to ensure equity, competitiveness, and compliance.

- Work with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop standardized job descriptions

- Collect and review applicable contracts related to the project.

- Evaluate existing HR processes, policies, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps in service delivery.

- Make recommendations to various HR stakeholders to include but not limited to analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes.

What we need to see from you:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be assessed in lieu of degree.

- Expertise in analyzing compensation data.

- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and programs and FLSA compliance.

- Detail-oriented with proven ability to multi-task and manage time with competing priorities.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities

- Proficiency in HR systems and technology.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $43.00/hour to 63.00/hour.
