About This Job

ENDIPREV has a current vacancy for a HR - Payroll & Benefits Assistant to be based in Flower Mound, Texas. Local candidate preferred. MUST have payroll experience.

Endiprev is an internationally recognized wind energy corporation. We offer specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment. Our teams work all over the world in close partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines.


Role

We are looking to hire an experienced Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join our human resources team in our corporate office. The Payroll & Benefits Assistant will be one of the key members of the US organization and as such will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team by assuming the responsibilities of payroll support and benefits.


Location

This position will be based in our Flower Mound, TX Office. This is full-time, Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. One day remote work is available after the training period is completed.


Requirements

· Payroll experience required – knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow a bonus.

· Strong financial aptitude, analytical skills and understanding of accounting principles.

· Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.

· Organized, detail-oriented, able to work within strict deadlines.

· Highly experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)


· Strong propensity for accuracy.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Preferred qualifications


· Familiarity with HRM software (eg. Talentia)

· Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning platforms (ERP) (eg. SAGE X3)


· Familiarity with Certified Payroll processes.


· Experience with benefits administration.


Responsibilities

· Assist the Payroll Specialist with bi-weekly payroll processing duties.

· Complete certified payroll documentation according to strict government deadlines.


· Maintain payroll records.

· Save receipts and create Purchase Orders in Sage.

· Scan documents and save files as needed.

· Assist with weekly labor union payroll and union benefits.


· Administration of employee benefits program.

· Administration and promotion of Employee Assistance Program.


· General office duties as needed.
