The Human Resources-Learning and Development Intern will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define competencies and determine functional training requirements.

- Identifying training content providers and evaluating product offerings.

- Structuring training content programs to support employee development

- Designing and delivering stakeholder communications related to competence and training program implementation.

- Implementing program content in the learning management system (LMS).

- Other projects as assigned.


Requirements/Qualifications

- Must be currently enrolled at the time internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college; Human Resources or Learning and Development related field preferred.

- Minimum GPA of 3.0.

- General knowledge of human resources and an understanding of related policies.

- General knowledge of learning and development principles and best practices.

- Commitment to high ethical standards and respectful of highly confidential information.

- Excellent time management and communication skills.

- Ability to interact with all levels including leadership/executive teams.

- Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and subsystem.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in graphic design or related visual communication disciplines.

- Strong technical and analytical competency.

- Highly motivated and self-directed individual, with a self-directed attitude that can work in a creative and collaborative environment.


Additional Information

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.

- No relocation assistance provided.

- Internship is 12 weeks, May 26 - August 14, 2026


Location –

Houston(JFK)
