JOB SUMMARY
: Interns will be provided thoughtful opportunities to observe and participate in real-world examples of their in-class studies which includes various tasks and support of HR department’s systems, processes and daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with an emphasis in a business-related field and/or Human Resources.
- Microsoft Office experience with strong aptitude in Excel.
- Sophomore year status or higher.
- Previous HRIS experience.
Essential Duties
60% Assist with HR programs and policies and process in the full talent life cycle.
10% Perform data entry, validation, reporting, and data manipulation in Excel or other HRIS system.
10% Coordinate and prepare materials for employee and management events and meetings.
10%Act as back up to other department coordinators in talent acquisition, total rewards, etc.; including but not limited to activities such as new hire orientation, badges, travel, interviews, communication, etc.
10%Perform administrative tasks, confidential filing and HR operational support as directed.
Other Duties as assigned and the following:
Complete other projects as assigned.
