Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys helping people, and has a soft spot for safety and well-being? If you're the type who can juggle paperwork and people with equal ease—and maybe even smile while doing it—you might be the perfect fit for our team.
As our new HR/EHS Coordinator, you’ll wear two important hats: one in Human Resources and the other in Environmental, Health, and Safety. It’s a dynamic role where your days will be filled with everything from welcoming new hires and managing employee records to coordinating training programs and making sure our workplace stays compliant, safe, and positive.
You’ll be the go-to person for benefit questions, PTO updates, and open enrollment season. You'll also help out with workers’ comp claims and keep an eye on safety practices with regular audits and inspections. Basically, if something helps people thrive or keeps them safe, you'll likely have a hand in it.
If you’ve got a high school diploma and at least a year of experience in an office setting, that’s a great start. Bonus points if you have an Associate Degree in Human Resources and a couple of years already spent in an HR role. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and totally trustworthy when it comes to handling sensitive information. If you know your way around Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, even better.
