We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented HR Analyst with a technical mindset, strong communication skills and a passion for working with data, technology, and automation to join our team. In this role, you'll support both our employee engagement and HRIS teams, helping them turn data into meaningful action.
You'll analyze information, identify opportunities for automation, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders across HR. You'll collaborate across teams to support programs, policies, and day-to-day operations—ensuring our systems and processes run smoothly and that HR's customers receive timely, effective support.

Provide information and support to employees and the human resources organization.
Regular use and application of theories/principles/concepts/techniques as obtained by higher education or equivalent experience.
Compiles, examines and analyzes information and selects best resolutions to issues of moderate scope.
Regularly exercises judgement within defined practices/procedures to determine objectives of assignments and appropriate actions.
Works under normal supervision with general instruction on routine work, but more detailed instruction on new projects.
Provide HR generalist consultation and support to assigned business units/functional groups including Human Resource. Consult with other internal resources as needed.
Collaborate with HRIS and the engagement consultant plus other areas of Human Resource to provide feedback and input to policies and programs.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
1+ years of experience and have a technical aptitude to work within systems and analyze data.
Proficient in Excel, have excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot from one task to the next quickly. You will report to the Supervisor, HR Projects and work a hybrid schedule.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Academic knowledge of human resources policies and programs.
Use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including using computer applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point.
Read and interpret policies, reports, governmental regulations, benefits information, employment documents, procedures, and correspondence.
Conduct research, analyze, and prepare information and reports including numerical data, policies, procedures, and correspondence.
Basic experience creating presentations for groups and individuals.
Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.
Communicate and exchange information verbally; conduct oral presentations.
