- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Support daily administrative tasks (documents, spreadsheets, meeting arrangements, etc.)
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Office/Google Docs and other office software
- Good English communication skills; HR or administrative experience/study is a plus
