About Us

We are an established trenchless construction company based in Aldergrove, BC, specializing in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for utility installation. Our projects take us across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, and we are looking to add experienced Drillers and Locators to our hard-working team.

Job Description

We’re hiring experienced HDD Drillers and Locators who are safety-minded, reliable, and ready to work on both local and out-of-town projects.

Responsibilities:

•

Operate or locate for HDD equipment (up to 330,000lbs)

•

Read and interpret utility locates, plans, and specifications

•

Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors

•

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment

•

Ensure safety and environmental compliance at all times

•

Travel to project sites throughout BC, including overnight stays when required

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 4 years of experience in HDD drilling and/or locating

•

Knowledge of underground utility installation

•

Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 is an asset)

•

Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations

•

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

•

Team player with good communication skills

Schedule:

8-12 hour shifts

•

Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as required

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
