RetroGreen Energy is a passionate advanced air sealing and insulation contractor in St. Cloud that helps homeowners achieve maximum comfort and energy efficiency for their existing buildings. RetroGreen Energy is seeking an outside sales representative/estimator to sell state-of-the-art injection foam, spray foam, and advanced air-sealing/blown insulation and removal services to homeowners across northern, central Minnesota, and the Twin Cities metro area. The outside sales representative will travel to pre-qualified leads each day to measure homes, write quotes, and consult and educate homeowners on the benefits of advanced air sealing, insulation advanced home performance theory.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales position. The right candidate will diagnose homeowner problems and recommend solutions to fix those problems. Solving complex problems and consultative selling are a must.
This is a 100% commission position. Reliable transportation is necessary.
