Heavy Equipment Operator

Position summary: This position will perform semiskilled work in the operation of an excavator. This position is also responsible for receiving, sorting and loading scrap and cleanup.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and maximum of 100 pounds occasionally, pushing and pulling up to 80 pounds, gripping, squatting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, transferring , and stacking. Physically able to bend, stoop, climb, reach and perform repetitive motion. Ability to work in varying weather conditions with moderate levels of noise.

Qualifications:

Good work ethic, with high honesty and integrity. Employees must participate in and pass all screening procedures including integrity testing, background investigation and drug screening. We are a drug free work place that requires strong customer service skills.
