Heavy Equipment Operator - Blade Hand

Experienced Equipment Operator/ Blade Hand - Standard Resources.

Expected to show up to work with appropriate PPE, on time and ready to work. Work alone or with a crew on the same location, operator will be expected to run multiple types of equipment in a safe efficient manner. 2 years of demonstrated blade/motor grader experience in the oilfield required. Following the instruction of the site supervisor and Company Man. Must have good communication skills and ability to communicate with Clients on location to provide superior service in the oil and gas industry. Must maintain equipment to be clean and in safe operating condition, perform Pre and Post shift inspections, add lubricants or fluids multiple times a day and communicate any needed maintenance or repair issues to the Shop. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

When not operating equipment labor duties are performed and may include: Shoveling, moving rocks, plate tampering, measuring grade, using a demo saw, hammering grade stakes, erosion control, lifting/moving supplies, site cleanup.

Types of construction equipment include but not limited to: Motor graders 140M, bulldozer, front-end loader 938K, track excavator, skid steer, water wagon, rubber tire backhoe, articulated truck, roller, and scrapers.
