As a Heavy Equipment Operator Apprentice, you will receive structured on-the-job training to develop the skills to operate heavy equipment in a quarry or aggregate production environment. Under the supervision of experienced operators, you will gain valuable experience in equipment operation, safety procedures, and site operations.

Health & Benefits. This position is covered by the Local 156 collective bargaining agreement. Full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, mental health, pension, retiree benefits, paid holidays and paid vacation.
Compensation. The salary is prescribed by the applicable Local 156 collective bargaining agreement. Candidates will be placed according to the union contract salary rate of $25.77
