Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chicago Area for an HVAC Sales professional. The role involves generating and managing sales opportunities in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. The individual will also conduct site surveys, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and maintain updated records of client interactions and deals in progress.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including a background in plumbing and troubleshooting
- Experience with preventive maintenance and technical problem-solving for HVAC and related systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to meet sales objectives and identify client-specific HVAC solutions
- Prior experience in sales or business development within the HVAC or energy services industry is a plus
- Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required
