Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Noonan Energy, a 5th-generation family-owned business, is looking for experienced full-time HVAC service technicians. Our technicians work on equipment that runs on Noonan Energy Plus, a Bioheat fuel treated with a premium additive package that promotes high performance while cleaning the equipment from the inside and keeping it clean.

To be effective on the job, the technician must adhere to standard processes and procedures of the company, which entails properly stock company vehicles with necessary parts; returning unused and defective parts to the department; and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.

Spiffs are available to HVAC technicians for new equipment leads. While our main office is located in Springfield, MA, we are often able to dispatch directly from home OR from our satellite offices in Amherst or Palmer.
