Die Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Heat Treat Operator for our Four-Slide metal stamping operations offering excellent pay and benefits.

HEAT TREAT OPERATOR - Metal Stamping

- $18.00 to $22.00 Starting wage dependent on skill level.

- Full Time - 40 Hours

- Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) We operate on 1st shift only.

- 8 Hour Shift - Voluntary Overtime When Available

- Atmospheric furnace operator training provided to those with previous heat treat operator experience or similar background.

Position Summary:

The Heat Treat Operator is responsible for operating heat treatment equipment to harden or temper metal components produced by four-slide and progressive stamping processes. This role ensures that all treated parts meet specified hardness and metallurgical properties through precise thermal processing, monitoring, and quality checks. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of metallurgy, heat-treating cycles, and equipment safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
