Health and Safety Inspector

The role

We are searching for a Health and Safety Clerk.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper updating and maintenance of the database associated with the training andcontrol of PPE and work clothes.

- Manage the documentation associated with the area's activities, ensuring its correctclassification and filing.

- Manage the purchase request and follow-up of PPE and workwear orders, as well as therecord in the delivery to the workers' collective and the control of their expiration date.

- Perform sampling and inventory actions to control the stock of PPE and work clothes.

- Provide support to the international area in the activities related to the purchase of PPEand workwear, as well as the coordination for their shipment.

- Collaborate in the realization and execution of the work together with the rest of theinternal departments, ensuring the correct development of the work.

- Collaborate in the definition and documentation of processes and protocols related to thearea, as well as identify inefficiencies and propose improvement actions.

- Collaborate in the preparation and management of audits.

- Communicate and report to the immediate manager on the activity linked to theirresponsibilities, recording and updating indicators (KPIs).

- Carry out all those tasks entrusted by your immediate manager both associated with yourarea and linked to other departments to ensure the correct development of the work.

- Comply with the matrix of roles and responsibilities for safety and health in the workplace(P14.130S-F01).

Experience and Education:

- High school diploma

- Previous experience within H&S department

Skills required

- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.

- Good interpersonal relations by working well with teams.

- Fluent in Spanish (Desirable)
