How You Will Make an Impact

As the seasoned Head of Digital Manufacturing, you will direct focused innovation-driven factory digitalization initiatives. You will lead a team in executing organizational change management and digital transformation activities, including digitalizing process engineering, OT Automation, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing efforts. You will be empowered with IT Infrastructure, IT Automation and related functions also reporting into this function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an overall factory digitization strategy aligned with strategic business goals while executing a measurable, value-add driven roadmap. Fostering a collaborative team culture that excels in developing high-quality, data-driven business systems that deliver quantifiable results to strategic business objectives is a significant success measure for this position.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
