Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (HQ in Pittsburg,KS) and requires travel 80% of the year for a HDD Operator at CDL Group of Companies. The HDD Operator will be responsible for operating Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) equipment to install underground utilities efficiently and safely. Daily tasks include interpreting job plans and blueprints, conducting pre-operational checks, locating and identifying utility lines, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The operator will also collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within compliance standards.
