Haul Truck/General Labor/ Grounds Maintenance

Duties:

- Operate and maintain a limestone processing plant

- Perform routine inspections, paperwork, and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

- Job duties will require climbing stairs, lifting 50+ pounds, working in the cold/heat, operating a manlift, attention to detail, and good communication skills in a fast paced environment.

- Year round work : 40-60 hours a week. After 90 day assessment, eligible for pay raise if all goals are met and training is progressing.

-Eligible for benefits after 90 days.

- Follow safety protocols and adhere to MSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.

- Opportunity for future training on multiple pieces of heavy equipment.

Experience:

- Previous experience is a plus but no required. Training will be provided.

- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

- Valid driver's license.

- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
