Grocery Supervisor, Swan River - Swan Valley Co-op

Swan Valley Co-op is hiring a full-time Grocery Supervisor at our Food Store location in Swan River, MB.

What you’ll do:

The successful candidate is responsible for delivering world-class customer service; providing leadership to all grocery clerks; ordering and stocking grocery merchandise; merchandising and displaying packaged product; receiving and unloading trucks; maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Build bunk end displays, maintain warehouse cleaning standards, and receive product.

- Provide front-end assistance as required, including operating cash register and self-checkout.

- Perform onboarding and orientation with all new grocery Team Members including training, developing and supervising Team Members.

- To set an example to other Team Members by strict adherence to personnel policies and departmental procedures.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
