Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Denver, CO. This hybrid position is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to grow with one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the nation. You’ll support a range of marketing and branding projects that directly impact business growth and brand awareness. This role begins as a part-time, non-exempt contractor (20–30 hours/week) with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
•Design Execution: Create marketing materials including print collateral, digital graphics, social media assets, event signage, presentations, and more.
•Team Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Marketing Director and creative team to bring brand and campaign goals to life.
•Project Management: Manage multiple design projects and timelines, meeting deadlines and ensuring brand consistency.
•Creative Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas across campaigns and events.
•File Preparation: Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital outputs.
•Event Support: Design signage and branded visuals for trade shows, pop-up events, and retail activations.
•Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of brand assets, templates, and marketing materials.
•Design Refinement: Implement feedback from stakeholders and iterate on deliverables with professionalism and efficiency.
•Trends & Tools: Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and effective.
Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
•Experience: 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work welcome).
•Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design capabilities.
•Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Canva and Figma experience is a plus.
•Technical Skills: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
•Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
•Collaboration: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with weekly in-office collaboration.

•Office Setting: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
