Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across print and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with copywriters and marketers to create engaging catalogs, promotional materials, email campaigns, and digital assets that support our business goals in the industrial sector. This position is ideal for a creative professional who can balance strong design skills with an understanding of how to communicate effectively to a technical, B2B audience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute design projects aligned with the overall strategy.

- Develop visually compelling concepts for catalogs, logos, promotional pieces, branding materials, and communication media.

- Create digital assets & collateral across multiple platforms, including websites, email, video, and social media.

- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards and maintains consistency across channels.

- Support the marketing department with high-quality graphics and video development

- Video production, development and editing

- All other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED with coursework in Graphic design at a post-secondary level.

- 4+ years of related work experience

- Video development and editing experience & skills

- Proficiency in Windows based Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and using MAC and Windows computers.

- Mastery of Adobe Design Suite focusing on Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premier Pro

- Proficiency with a pro-level DSLR camera and product photography

- Working knowledge of Graphic and Web Design principles and layouts

- Strong reading comprehension, attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking

- Strong sense of social perceptiveness

- Impeccable organization and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field

- Experience in manufacturing / industrial markets

- Experience in animation, visual effects - Blender software

- 4+ years of related work experience
