Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklinville, NY. The selected candidate will manage and execute day-to-day responsibilities including engineering analysis, field services, OEM and aftermarket parts management, blade manufacturing, and advanced metrology and inspection. Daily tasks will focus on rotordynamics, aerodynamics, structural analysis, overhauls, repairs, and providing emergency support.

Qualifications

- Engineering & Analysis: Experience in rotordynamics, aerodynamics, and structural analysis

- Field Services & Repairs: Ability to perform on-site and in-shop overhauls, repairs, and emergency support

- OEM & Aftermarket Parts: Knowledge of managing OEM for legacy product lines and reverse-engineered solutions

- Blade Manufacturing & Machining: Skills in precision engineering for high-performance blading and components

- Advanced Metrology & Inspection: Proficiency in 3D scanning, virtual assembly, and digital modeling

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in the rotating equipment industry is preferred

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
