Grant Program Analyst

Job Title: Project Analyst – CLSD Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Duration: 6+ months (extendable) Interview: Webcam

Role Summary

Seeking a Program/Project Analyst to support the Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) Grant – a 5-year, $16M federal literacy grant. The analyst will manage grant closeout, compliance, data analysis, stakeholder support, and final reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee grant management (applications, reimbursements, compliance, budgets).

- Collect & analyze data from Local Education Agencies (LEAs) & Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).

- Write a final summative/evaluative report (public-facing) highlighting impact & case studies.

- Provide technical assistance and monitor subgrantees for compliance.

- Support literacy programs & promote the Comprehensive Literacy Plan.

- Manage vendors and coordinate with external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams on data, assessment, evaluation, and professional development.

- Lead final convenings/training for subgrantees.

- Manage communications (social media, web updates, public information).

- Bachelor’s degree (IT, Education, Policy, or related field)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
