Glass Installation Technician

We are looking to immediately hire skilled installers for a high traffic residential and light commercial glass shop in Ithaca. Duties include, but are not limited to: measuring, cutting, and installing glass in homes and businesses according to the work orders provided, assembling and fitting glass in various style windows, sliding doors, display cases, bathroom units, and other home or commercial structures.

Candidate should possess (or be willing to learn) detailed knowledge of the glass cutting process, have good hand-eye coordination, be able to lift heavy objects, and have excellent communication skills.

Willing to train the right candidate MUST HAVE contracting, carpentry, or other skilled trade experience that requires proficiency with measurements and attention to detail
