JOB TITLE: General Manufacturing — Dayton, OH REPORT TO: Production Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Key performance requirements are:

I. A self-motivated individual with a high sense of urgency, ability to focus on the task, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

2. Ability to work with minimal supervision, apply common sense to solve problems, and possess mechanical abilities.

3. Team player with the ambition to improve skills and accept new challenges.

4. Must have a valid driver's license and a working phone in order to be reached during off-hours.

1. Mathematical Skills

a. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

b. Ability to work with metric dimensions.

2. Reasoning Ability

a. The ability to read/understand work instructions as written in job routings.

b. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes involved written duties, diagrammed, or oral instructions.

3. Other Skills and Abilities

a. Ability to read prints.

b. Ability to use common measuring equipment / tools.

c. Some experience in operating production equipment/machinery.

4. Physical Demands

a. Body positions of standing up to eight (8) hours per day, walking, climbing stairs, twisting, pushing, pulling, using hands, fingers to handle, feel and to reach with hands and arms.

b. Able to lift materials up to sixty (60) pounds on a frequent basis.

c. The job may be stressful at times due to production schedule requirements.
