About KPI

At KPI Concepts, we design and build products that show up all over the country—from store fixtures and checklanes for national retail brands, to parts used inside wind turbine blades, to metal components that keep it all together. We're a local company with big impact, and we're looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our production team.

We are looking to add qualified general laborers and operators to our team! We are looking ambitious workers with strong attendance and who work well with a team to get the job done. We currently have 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift positions available.

Shifts

1st shift: Mon-Thurs 6:30am-5pm; OT my be required

2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 5pm-3:30am; OT may be required

Weekend shift: Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm; OT may be required

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

Operate various equipment and machinery

Ability to load or unload heavy material or onto a machine efficiently and safely

Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being able to bend, stoop, lift, twist, bend, and stand for 10 hours per day

Operate basic power tools and pneumatic tools

Ability to lift 50-75 pounds quickly and consistently

Ability to work in a team environment and to fill in to other stations as necessary
