Duties
•Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment
•Oversee staff recruitment, interviewing, training development, and performance management to build a cohesive team.
•Ensure compliance with State regulations while maintaining high standards of appearance and customer service.
•Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
•Development of team and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure proper stock levels.
•Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff engagement and professional growth.
Requirements
•Proven experience in a managerial role
•Strong skills in interviewing, staff training, and development.
•Knowledge of inventory control
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and operational processes.
•A passion for coffee culture is a plus.
