Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Laborers play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and assisting with the physical demands of our projects.
Responsibilities
•
Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials.
•
Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
•
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
•
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required for specific tasks.
•
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Skills
•
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
•
Basic knowledge of construction or industrial practices is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
•
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
•
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.70-$26.52 per hour
