Role Summary
Perform site janitorial duties, and general laborer duties as required. Assist with site clean-up, painting, and minor maintenance.
Main Responsibilities | Activities
- Maintains offices, restrooms, dry’s, and lunchrooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Operates vacuums, floor cleaning tools, mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipment.
- May be required to operate snow blowers, lawn mowers and weed trimmers
- Performs or assists with minor facilities maintenance needs.
- Performs routine cleanup of required areas.
- Completes daily Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, daily inspections of work area and corrects any potential hazards.
- May be required to train or assist in training of others.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
- Previous industrial janitorial, laborer, and small mobile equipment experience preferred.
- Valid Michigan driver’s license required.

HSEC Accountabilities
Everyone in the workplace is responsible for his or her own safety and for the safety of their co-workers. Employees are responsible for performing all tasks in accordance with relevant HSEC Site Procedures, so as to work safely and keep the workplace safe. - Report all incidents; including but not limited to injuries, near miss, community interactions and impacts, environmental impacts, spills, unsafe work practices, etc.
