General Laborer

Looking for individuals that have a basic knowledge and experience in manufacturing and warehouse work, Employees will be responsible for using basic tools, operating forklifts, assisting with machines and working as a team.

Training is provided to ensure all employees are set up for success in the company. Paragon is looking to hire for First shift Monday- Friday 7am-3:45pm. Over time occasionally happens and individuals hired for the position could be asked to work over time.

Responsibilities

o Plans the required work by understanding work orders, materials, specifications, parameters, and dimensions.

o Sort and identify completed parts to stage for next operation in production.

o Inspect parts using proper measuring equipment confirming item correctness & part tolerance.

o Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

o Perform other duties as assigned.

· Requirements

o Proven experience as a skilled forklift operator.

o Ability to read and utilize equipment to ensure proper part production.

o Solid math, conceptual and problem-solving skills along with process improvement awareness.

o Print comprehension and material a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
