General Laborer

Job Overview:

Path to learn excavation, concrete, construction, and operator skills. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials

- Assist with construction and maintenance projects

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Skills:

- Valid Drivers license and ability to acquire medical card

-Commercial Driver License or ability to obtain one is encouraged

-Willingness to learn new skills in operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, or excavators

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks

- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them diligently

- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail
