Who you are…
+ Plan and manage production, bid new work, understanding revenue targets + Work together with utility foresters/inspectors to clarify work specifications, coordinate work audits/inspections and address customers issues + Visit work sites frequently. Review the Pre-Job Hazard Survey at each job site; inspect work in progress and ensure it conforms to standards; enforce on the job safety practices + Takes lead role in safety to ensure the well-being of employees, customers and the public.
+ Ensures that employees receive training to prepare for job assignments + Appraises performance of employees to communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback as a means for improvement + Identify and develop high potential employees for leadership succession
+ Local, state and federal licenses + First Aid and CPR cards
